Friendly, professional staff. Always remember you on return visits and appear to be genuinely interested in you. The restaurant "Hamiltons", is superb, excellent food, beautifully cooked and presented.

This is a gem in an unlikely location. It has the feel of an Edwardian Home which I imagine it was once. Many of the features are retained while managing to make the place suitable as a modern hotel.

Our second stay at this really lovely hotel. This time in a room with a view of West Park. Lovely room; superb shower complete with radio and jacuzzi water effects. Breakfast was excellent - I haven't seen such a wonderful display of fresh fruit to enjoy with my cereal and yoghurt.
